EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 2015 – AUDITORIUM, ATRIUM AND TERRACE USAGE WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED FOR INDIVIDUALS/GROUPS WITH A DIRECT AFFILIATION IN THE DIVISIONS OF PHYSICAL or BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES (Biology, Chem/Biochem, Physics, Math, or Dean’s Offices).
Room usage hours are 8:00am – 9:00pm Monday to Friday. Weekend and after-hours use is considered on exceptional basis by request.
For weekend/after-hours: Users may NEVER prop building doors open but will be granted access code upon approval of room use request.
Violations of the guidelines above may result in loss of future use privileges.

Food and beverages are not allowed in the Auditorium. The default room configuration is classroom style. Please return the room to this configuration as failure to do so will result in your being charged the cost of returning the room to the default (estimated to be $50 by Facilities). Charges will also incur in the event of equipment losses or room damages.
Technical support of AV equipment must be provided by home department of user. When reserving space, allow for advance prep time.
An index number is required at the time the reservation is made. The Auditorium is not intended to accommodate on-going formal instructional coursework.
