It is the goal of the Division of Physical Sciences Academic Personnel Office to provide service to administrators and faculty by acting as a resource for information and policy interpretation, and to guide administrators in the implementation of policies that impact upon the appointment and advancement of academic personnel.

The Division APO Office coordinates the faculty review process to appoint, appraise and advance academic appointees and issues annual announcement of academic action deadlines and eligibility listings.
