Dr. Teranes is Associate Teaching Faculty at Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Faculty Director of the Environmental Systems Program. She teaches ESYS103 (cross-listed with MAE 124) "Environmental Challenges: Science and Solutions" and ESYS 190B "Senior Seminar." Dr. Teranes also regularly organizes the undergraduate seminar: ESYS 90, "Perspectives in Environmental Systems." Dr. Teranes advises students in the ESYS major, plans and guides ESYS curriculum and course development, hires instructors, and oversees the ESYS senior internship program.
Josh is responsible for program administration and student services. This includes degree audits, academic student advising for graduate requirements and study abroad programs, administrative support for ESYS courses, dissemination of program information, creative problem-solving and finances. Josh is also Administrative Director of Scripps Institution of Oceanography Undergraduate Education.
Sid is responsible for student services and assisting in program administration. This includes maintaining student records, administrative support for courses, administrative support for the ESYS internship program, student advising, and disseminating Program information. He is also Student Affairs Officer for Scripps Institution of Oceanography Undergraduate Education.
