    Distinguished Professor of Mathematics

    Professor Ebenfelt will focus on faculty file review and related topics and serve as the point person for other faculty initiatives and professional development. He has previously served as associate dean for research and is also extremely well-versed in academic personnel issues and functions.

    Associate Dean for Research
    Distinguished Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry

    Professor Grassian will be responsible for working across the School of Physical Sciences and the broader campus to identify and build strategic research plans and partnerships. This work will help inform our strategic research plans and is designed to identify areas of current strength and areas of opportunity and growth. Professor Grassian comes to the position possessing a wealth of knowledge about research initiatives across campus, as well as leadership experience as chair of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and associate dean.  

  • Daniel Rogalski

    Daniel Rogalski

    Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education
    Professor of Mathematics

    Professor Rogalski will be responsible for supporting the academic mission of the school in service to its undergraduate students. He will work closely with the dean, department chairs and vice-chairs, and the Student Success Center to work collaboratively in developing novel models of instruction, educational support, student progress and educational outcome measurement. The associate dean is the primary representative of the school and liaison with offices of undergraduate education, student affairs, registrar, enrollment management, educational innovation, Teaching and Learning Commons and other related campus partners.
