Kenneth Abeloe

Abeloe is a senior technology executive and board member with more than 30 years of experience overseeing advanced research, systems engineering, and large-scale software and algorithm portfolios in mission-critical environments. He brings deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, image and video analytics, geospatial-temporal data fusion, and complex systems integration, combined with a board-level perspective on technology risk, IP strategy, investment prioritization and long-term technical roadmaps. His career spans governance and executive leadership roles in organizations delivering highly regulated, high-consequence systems for government and commercial customers, where technical rigor, scalability and operational reliability are paramount.

As chief technology officer, founder, and board director across multiple organizations, Abeloe has overseen enterprise-scale R&D portfolios, guided the transition of advanced algorithms from research to production, and stewarded extensive intellectual property estates, including dozens of issued patents. Most notably, as a co-founder and senior executive of Integrity Applications Incorporated, he helped scale the company to over 1,000 employees and more than $200 million in revenue while directing internal R&D laboratories, enterprise IT infrastructure, and multi-year technology strategies aligned to customer and market demand. He is recognized for translating emerging technologies into deployable systems, advising boards and executive teams on technical strategy, architecture decisions, and innovation investments that drive durable business value.
